After each project is completed we send a survey out in order to gather customer feedback. The form has several questions and has a section for customer comments. Below are recent comments sent in by our customers.

John H. did a good job of handling and getting estimates for the work in our bathroom which were additions to the original contract which was the installation of sheet rock on the ceiling of the basement.  Also hiring an electrician was an excellent decision as our low-voltage electrical system can pose a major problem.  John also quickly solved the problem that there were no fluorescent bulbs for the three fixtures the electrician installed.  John authorized Dave from Parker Electric to purchase the bulbs from Home Depot so we had new light fixtures to turn on and see the great changes in our basement.  Glad to get these projects completed and provide some indoor work during this long and difficult winter season."

"Kevin did an excellent job remodeling the kitchen for us.  He is personable and takes pride in his work.  He cleaned up daily and kept any disruption to a minimum.The hardwood floor person left nails/staples in walkway (minor problem) and the sawing in the kitchen with the sawdust beating against the window was a mess.

But overall - Excellent Job!

Bob Coulston is a good salesman - he always made it all work so we are pleased with the final remodeling!"
